Greetings Kitsuhana. I'm not the best with intros and never have been. So excuse any screw-ups that I might make as you're reading this.

My name is Meisu, and I also go by Mei or Viz. I'm Demonkin with a touch of Tayra Therian and have known about being as such for 2 or 3 years now. My Kin experiences have been rough since I have Awakened, filled with many confusing Cameos and self doubt, but I think things have finally settled. My Awakening happened via a dream that I can still remember well, despite it being fairly short. Since then I have weaved in and out of different Kin-related issues. Figuring out my exact identity as Kin took a long time.

Originally, I awakened simply as Demonkin. The variety actually happens to be Raijuu, the thunder beast of Japanese myth. Raijuu (also simply spelled as Raiju) was the companion of Raijin, the Shinto god of thunder. The dream which Awakened me was simple but a little confusing when I first tried to interpret it. It was night time at my home and I had gotten up to use the lavatory. My family had gathered in the kitchen. On my way to the bathroom, I had gazed out the large windows that show the backyard. Something beyond our fence and in the woods was there. It was large, gave off a soft light, and had 6 tails. But it did not seem to be causing harm to the forest's trees. I asked my family if they were able to see it but they responded with a resounding no. After that, I woke up. That's when I began researching about it.

Since then, other complications had arisen. My venture into the realm of Kin has been kinda rocky, mainly because of the lack of guidance I have gotten and the lasting, strong Cameo shifts that I have experienced. I had spent many months thinking I was not just Raijuu but also different things, of which I now know are untrue. Those things are a red wolf, Hagsfiend, wolverine, gryphon, and common barn owl. Dhole even was a fairly potent option. I know now that I am most certainly NOT any of those things. I am Raijuu with a little hint of a Tayra Therioside, but said Therioside is not very prominent.

So I come to you here at Kitsuhana asking both for guidance and tolerance. And I thank every Kitsune here as well as Inari-Sama for allowing me to dwell in this place. If it is not too much trouble, I humbly ask for assistance of the well-versed Kitsunes in figuring out some of the finer details of being Kin. I have not been around many helpful Kin and have been negatively influenced by some bad characters in my travels.

Welcome. Who were those bad characters?

    Elitists from ChickenSmoothie.com.

Thank you for yer welcomes ^^

Therioside- Theriotype. As in, the Therian part of my Kinship is Tayra. Tayras are fairly large, South American Mustelids.

They're quite an unknown species of Mustelid. I do not come across many people that have heard of them. Tis quite sad actually.

And by elitists I mean people who put themselves above everyone else and thought they knew everything about Kinship. They tried dictating every last detail. The site's name is odd, yes. But it's actually just an adoptables site.
