[Idzuna]

Hi my names Idzuna, I choose this name because It feels like it fits me as a kitsune best. I'm still realizing who or what I really am and in the process of awakening my true self (soul). my first time I started thinking that I was a kitsune... though I dident really call it that back than.... was when I was a little kid, probably around the age of 8. I felt like there was somthing about me that was just diferent and that I dident belong here. I remember having day dreams when I was a kid about being a fox... its all hard for me to explain. simply put I just felt like and completely believed I was a fox but not physically more in a spiritual sense... and it just felt right... like this was me . I had dreams about being off in a far away place with humanoid like foxes that are really vivid and hard to explain.

as I grew older though I became consumed with the life everyone had laid out in front of me though never really fitting into it. Only recently I started geting into the metaphysics of life and into psionics and than more recently into elemental magic which I'm not totally forshure if you all are aware of what that is.

Just earlier tonight I was searching a msg board on a website dealing with metaphysics and some one posted somthing about a otherkin... I was like... what in the world is that. For some reason I was drawn to it like it seemed like I had a connection to it in a odd way. I clicked it and read a little and realized it was people that felt like they wernt actualy human and literaly believe this. I was so suprised that I wasent the only one that felt this way and was hoping so much that there were other people that believed that perhaps they were like me (kitsune). So I started doing ALOT of google searches and now late into the night Im exited to find this place.

im glad to be here and hopefully Ill be able to learn more about people like me. I call my kitsune name Idzuna because it feels like it fits me. I forget where I heard it from but no I dident get it from Naruto It was from a old kitsune folklore webpage I think.

hope to get to know you all soon but for now Im tired and need to sleep.

Hn, that's interesting. Though just because you feel "out of place" doesn't necessarily make you kitsune. It could just be you feeling out of place.

I'm Reiko, or Re, previously known as Nogitsune on the original Kitsune Paradise forum. I'm seventeen. All I know is that I was three-tailed, didn't follow the myobu way of life, and certainly wasn't inclined to hold anything back.

Hi Idzuna! I'm Lieka, which is pronounced Lie-eek-ah, cos there should be two dots over the 'e', which is an accent I cant remember the name of. I have no idea where this name came from, I think I thought of the sound and then worked out how to spell it.
I'm a therian/lycanthrope/Unofficial name:werewolf/were, but I hang around here because I find the two species are very simaller.
I'd just like to welcome you to this fledgling community, and say Hi!  
(by the way, it would be nice if you didnt write in dark blue, you dont have to but it does my head in)

as for Rieko the fact that I felt out of place wasent just it. there was much more connection to me realizing this such as out of nowhere before I even knew what It was started considering my self one. it was strange how I figured my self a fox spirit and somehow older than I really was when I was young and never even heard the word kitsune. But still there is a chance im just insane... something which ill gladly throw out once I'm done with my full awakening.

Your story sounds so sweet, very similar to mine. I found out about the otherkin community at age 16 too, at random from the internet. Even if I won't get into that much right now, your story is very much like mine... and never worry about being the only one with these feeings, since now you know you aren't the only one.

Hey Idzuna ^^
I can relate fairly well to your story, I did the same sorta things when I was younger, 'cept it was never a fox. I'm a therian coyote, kitsune doesn't feel right for me, but I'm still really in that discovery phase.
Anyway.. welcome to the community ^^ Hope you find some answers here
