I was looking up as I was walking home and just realized how... huge everything is, everything but us, we're so small. But yet... I could almost feel it, the spark of life, the thread of fate, a bit of electric sizzle in the stars. I was reminded of death, and thereby of life. I felt alive. I think maybe, if I can just feel that for a moment every now and then, anything else that happens to me is O.K.

Honestly, the wiki is pointless and should just be taken down. No one is ever going to have the time to add info on there. I would personally like to add things, but I never have the time. And I'm lazy when I do.

Sigh... I agree. I'd like to see it come to fruition, but I really just don't know where to start. Even if I did I certainly don't consider my self any kind of authority on the topics that would have to be covered. I wouldn't feel right writing something that other people might take as fact when it's just my opinion in the end.

It shouldn't matter, actually. That's why it is a Wiki page. Any user is free to edit or discuss the wiki entry for accuracy/quality.

Sorry it's necroposting, but there weren't too many posts here already, so I figured I'd toss in my two cents.


Is there any way to make the wiki users-only? With two captchas if the bots are starting to get "smart"?

The captchas could go on the edit page, before the submition, to make sure that this kinna thing doesn't happen.

I secured the wiki.

OBTW.  I have yet to find an 'authority' on kitsune.  Part of the reason we have a place like this is to become experts on ourselves.   Plus the wiki format is easily updated, which is teh awesum, because you're probably going to learn more about what you initially write about, as time goes on.  Huh?

perhaps, then, a more useful medium would be a series of blogs, from which correlations and commonalities can be derived for encyclopedic content more befitting a wiki? I seldom record my thoughts and such anymore; a weakness, I must admit. But if it were for other people's benefit I wouldn't have such a hard time of it. Of course general factual matters such as lore and history can be copypasta'd, that would be an easy way to start in any case.
