laziness is the word
here an example of me -> the teacher give an exam and he say it wort nothing in the report it's a practice. Why work on it if he'll say how to make it after Shocked

why work on the exam? umm maybe for credit.  You do seem lazy and I hate to judge and ya I was like that when I was a 15 year old kit. But umm you need to streighten up because in this world, you cannot get by being lazy.

I was like that too seven years ago, so I don't think it's much use complaining about it now. I had no one complain about it and now I'm working all day for college without anyone telling me to just because I feel like I'm doing it for myself and not because someone told me to.

So, why don't we just accept him like he is and take delight in how he changes over the years instead of trying to raise him?

I try to avoid all useless things that what I'm trying to say
example : do a practice exam when i alway have a 80~90% in the report
