Alot of it already is, that's part of the problem. All the newer topics turn into an argument about something else halfway through, all the old topics are missing posts from before the first ressurection. I'm trying to do something about it. It won't be easy or comfortable. I'm trying to split the derailments into their own threads, because I don't want to kill discussion.

Would you rather topics stay as they are and die anyway? I think Seeker's attempt to clean the board up would give some of these dead and drowned topics another opportunity to revive, but that's just me. And how is that abusing of power, by the way? Nothing is being deleted or edited.

Eh. Maybe Kira's just pissed that he didn't get something. As far as I know, neither Kirara or I asked nor dropped hints. If you can't possibly imagine why Alynna would've insisted, that probably has something to do with it in all seriousness.

Splitting should probably not happen every day, every week, every topic. That'd just add to the already staggering level of fragmentation and confusion trying to follow topics.

At any rate: [official drama drama drama]. There. Can everyone get it out of their systems quickly and concisely rather than mud slinging and dragging it out for the next year or two? Perhaps in an orderly fashion? Pretty please?

Your provoking of a flamewar to get the new admins angry and abuse my power isn't going to work, so you can drop your act now. I call it an act because your behaviour (and Kira's) suddenly changed as soon as you realised we were made mods. As Zephiris put it, we did not even ask for this. I didn't even ask to be unbanned either. I am sorry you two did not get chosen, but that is how things are. Your aggression towards us is not going to change it, nor is it going to make us abuse our power so we get kicked off for your own amusement.

Your two choices are as follows:
Accept it and move on with life or continue to behave childishly until you one day cross the line.

I've no interest in arguing with you because everything I needed to say has already been said in previous messages, and I've already had my attempt to repair our relationship here but you refuse. That is not my fault you still hold anger towards me. If you believe this behaviour bothers me, it doesn't. In fact, I am flattered you want to use up your time and energy to bother me simply because you are jealous. There is nothing special with us being moderators. I still do not consider myself more than you nor anyone else. I am the same person. If I were or weren't moderator it makes no difference to me. But I've no intention in abusing my position. If you can't accept that, then I am sorry for you.

Let's just say I'd prefer if every mod or admin-appointment would be accompanied by an official post explaining the reasons.
 
Think about it. I'm sure this would raise the approoval ratings if people knew just why someone was made a mod.
 
That's the one and only reason I disapprove of the violent four:
Cali and Spectra were just being born mods on here and no one ever bothered to explain why. Kirara was even unbanned and reintroduced as a mod. Zeph is the only one of which I totally disaproove. As for the other three I suppose my reservations could easily be cleared by Alynna giving an official explanation.

- This. Kirara being introduced as a mod directly after a ban is just wrong. Cali/Spec were admin here with no reason and never did anything. Explanations would be nice.

It was a simple generic statement: This is the real world, where you have to fit around the controller, and not the controller around you. A simple 'please reschedual' would have sufficed, not a 'why was i not consulted about this', implying you are more than you are. 1. This post had nothing to even do with you.
2. You still fail to read posts before responding: "I still do not consider myself more than you nor anyone else. I am the same person. If I were or weren't moderator it makes no difference to me." Also, see my reply to the other quote above.
3. "Deal with it." What does that even have to do with anything? Deal with what exactly? I'm suddenly "required" to be there simply because you said so? Sorry, but it does not work that way. I will be there if my schedule allows it and if I feel like being there, not because you or Alynna said I have to be there. I do realise the importance of the meeting, but my personal life takes priority over that.
4. If you want to consider this as yet another attack, go ahead. It is not my fault how you choose to take things you read.

I can try to offer my opinion here, though I hope it won't start any worse reactions. For one thing Spectra and Calientra are Alynna's direct family (kitsune family). Spectra is Alynna's mother and Cali is her sister (and mine as well). I know some find the concept of kin family silly, but its just how and who we are. So being family we try to do things and run things together when we can, and help each other (not saying Alynna decided anything because of that since I don't know, just saying on general basis). Apart from that the forum was already in a bad spot and more moderators willing to help which could be trusted needed to be found.

Alongside that I believe Cali and Spectra have handled being admins well. Certain posts upset them too after a limit, but I don't think they jumped to doing something without thinking well first. Cali banned Kirara last week because he was acting mean to some of the members (as I told him I'm not upset on him about it and I understand what happened and I'm not judging him, just saying how I seen things happened). Otherwise the only actions they took was to lock some topics when they got out of hand.

But it is best not to delve into it.
