It is not uncommon for evolved spirits to seem to have a higher emotional responses.  Emotions both positive and negative require a deeper understanding most beings can gather their understanding through basic senses and experience, after that it progresses into sympathy, empathy, auras, enhanced empathy, a seemingly constant connection, and then something that is difficult to put into words.

This last part which I have been calling The Song of Life is seemingly life changing enough to give someone a personal reason to temper their acts of selfishness and negative emotions, at least it did for me.

Thanks to a good friend, I have managed to control my emotions a bit more.

 

Thats Great!!! *glomps* XD I know how much of a bitch empathy can be when you cant controll it, Im glad your getting that situation solved though there will be moments of 'setbacks'.

Also as for empathy even though I feel good I also feel bad my first orchid is on deaths door, I keep taking care of it anyways but it just doesnt wanna live and I wanna cry.... my other orchids on the other hand (that I bought just recently) are blooming like crazy! I saved them from the 1/2 off pile at lowes in april (for my birthday XD) and after a little tender love and care I got 4-5 buds growing on the ends of them! found out lowes 'throws away' orchids that have no flowers on them (or dieing flowers) which is so retarded cause orchids have bouts of non blooming, its a natrual process in flowers people!!!

But yeah my new orchids are providing me with an extra boost in energy thats been helping me out alot, not only that I got a new monitor for my pc (wide screen to boot!), bonus is I found out I can install windows 7 to it! I no longer have to buy RAMM!!!  and Im talking the expensive DDR1 ram for that tower! you would think the older ramm would be cheaper but noooooo, thank you windows 7 for having that turn old not used thumb drives into Ram thing X3, now I just need a 2TB internal harddrive and Im in business! well that and possibly a better video card, and I got completely off topic just now sorry!

And sorry I was away for a long time I havnt had a weekend off in a long while and after work Im usually taking a nap cause Im so tired by the time I get up its bed time so I just sleep the whole time away and even though I get up at 6am Im 'still' tired. Im wondering if empathy has anything to deal with sleeping patters? cause for some odd reason Ive been stressed out the wazoo.

I know what you're talking about with that RAM, 1G costs more then 4G DDR3...

And I was nearly taking a nap at my internship, getting only a few hours of sleep lately, extremely tired with a lot of things going on. On the brighter side there may be a job opportunity there... It'd be fun working there, at least the collegues don't try and hide anything (there's about 2 hours of ranting/fighting on an average day). It's a lot of fun really.. Though now I have school bugging me about one last course that has to be done, the internship about 8 hours a day, trying to write a solicitation letter and tomorrow I'll have to go to the hospital again (nothing really serious)... At least I got the rest of the day off, so I can catch up to some sleep... That reminds me, I *should* be getting some sleep soon..

I wonder now, if the feeling of love, and the emotions dealing with it, are one of the most important emotional things a kitsune can undergo. I never thought so in my previous lives, but as I have recently undergone the loss of my now ex-girlfriend/mate, I am now completely distraunt. I understand that people go through this all the time, but I had really key bonds with her. Once again, I feel extremely weak, and I am all closed up now. In fact, I am so miserable I wish Inari-sama would simply just allow me to disappear for a very long time.

Love. It is our greatest dreams, but our worst nightmare?

Sorry about you loss :<. Kitsune take heart-ache very poorly from my understanding and I've experience my fair share of heart-ache. Only thing is that we have time on our side, but sometimes not even time is enough to undo the hurt we feel.

You can't ease it... even if it becomes hard and rough it can still be gotten under, and the wound may remain forever tender, never truly healed.

Even so... if that is the best that can be done tis better than openly bleeding, draining away.

Awwww *huggles* just remember you always got us X3, and yeah kitsune's are reall bad when it comes to situations like that, we're super weak when it comes to our 'realities' being taken away from us Im starting to think theres a major emotional connection to that I mean before when I researched it It was like "oh so a kitsune could be devistated when their 'reality (though in this case the book explained as the 'world kitsune's create') is taken away from them, not really seeing the connection cause of how I read it but now that its been brought up again its like wow, so thats what it ment....

and yeah I know how you feel, the person I saw as my mate (and has been together with me for most of our many lives) found someone else T-T we're still friends though, and It doesnt hurt that badly anymore, but whenever she gets on the topic of 'sex' I get so depressed its like thanks for ripping my heart out again...and again....and again...and again.... T-T so huggles for us both *huggles*
