If you meant in this life of course I haven't met any kitsune. Physically I live in a country where otherkin are extremely rare and neither astrally because I'm not able to astral project yet. From what I noticed however most of us are generally nice and tend to care for each other unless we are hurt. I know many nogitsune are cruel and careless and even some kitsune courts are heavily corrupted, but I think kitsune and kin in general do at least try to stay on a nice path when they can.

"You guys" are always quick to say nogitsune are often so cruel and careless, but never kitsune in general. If Inari was so benevolent, fair, vaguely sane, why would so many splinter/rebellious factions have a reason to exist at all? A fair and just leader inspires confidence and loyalty with those who would follow her, not breed fear and zealot-like hatred of anyone not meeting very specific critera.

It's fairly well similar to how "angels" always (literally) demonize "demons" as well as anyone who doesn't tow the party line. History is written by the victor, and most wars are won with ruthlessness and shady backroom deals, not honor, no matter how much of Japanese history and moralizing anyone wants to ascribe to kitsune.

"Kin" are not somehow nicer than humans have been over their bloody history. Humans have merely managed to fit in with the fringes of "the cool crowd", just barely. In World War 2, Japanese soldiers lead to the death of over 16 million Chinese civilians deliberately. Over 14 million Russian civilians dead. Over a million German civilians dead. Over 500,000 Japanese civilians dead.
Can you even imagine what precious kitsune, precious Inari's 'soldiers' have done over many more years, in many more conflicts? Let alone other species.

I don't care who you are, who thinks that. It's beyond naive to think that everyone or anyone besides humanity is somehow magically innocent or pure or kind or peaceful, particularly with the facetious excuse "because they're different" or "because they're not human". It's bloody insanity. What animal, what being, of any kind, of any age, could be innocent still?

I heard from people that nogitsune have the habit of doing some cruel things occasionally, but I'm not someone to discriminate them or consider them worse. I love nogitsune as much, and I was / am very saddened when I heard that some myobu courts go and hunt nogitsune just for the sake of doing it which I consider unacceptable and hope will end very soon (as I do the other way around, nogitsune killing others).

And I'm not saying that other groups of kitsune can't be wrong nor that nogitsune are the bad kitsune. I mentioned the corrupted courts in my last post... your brother and others told me in the past how a big part of the myobu courts are corrupted and go on killing and torturing nogitsune and anyone who goes against them. I don't want to believe that is true however (neither for nogitsune or any other type of kitsune doing such things too much).

Maybe in the end myobu and nogitsune are kinda like the law and the mafia here. The mafia mobs people and certain locations, commits crimes and establishes feared gangs, while the law sentences those who go against their self-decided code to prison, judges and commits their own crimes but in a way which seems more fair (a.k.a. justice). In this case none would be better then the other just have different ways of doing things... it's an interesting but sad thought Busy

I really can't see you as a freedom-hungry revolutionary of any measure.  You remind me more of a kid who whines behind their parent's backs, and when they finally get the courage to stand up to their parents, any show of force or dominance will return them to their 'secretly rebellious' state. (I have nothing against you, just stating how I see you.)

Kirara is an example of a 'freedom-hungry revolutionary.'  Not you.

I don't take that side of me on this forum pretty much. However after my wish of being (with) a kitsune which is my biggest dream of them all, my second wish is bringing down the governments of the world and their out of control legal systems which I thirst to see defeated (not "bringing down" in a violent way necessarily, just stopping). Same for any astral government or group that makes whatever laws they want and forces people to live the way they demand them to and makes them live in fear if they don't.

And I was just like that against my real life parents two years ago Seer, but I don't do that any more. I used to consider myself imprisoned here (which I still do I guess) and dream about a day when I would shift back to my true form, regain my otherkin abilities and go against my real life parents and everyone I met in real life and run back to my home where I'd be happy. Silly I know, but that was in the past when I still considered myself someone fighting against all humans which I don't any more. Right now I just want to give a nice apology to everyone, tell them "I don't belong here" and leave without harming or saddening anyone.

I think that here you might be right in the end I guess... because technically, any other species at the same level of consciousness as humans have the same abilities, and being corrupted by power and evil might not be excluded in that case.

I went with basing it all on natures which is why I thought we are nicer then them. Kitsune as far as I know tend to be kind creatures who generally try to mind their own life, while humans have a more possessive nature. I know not all of us are saints and humans aren't that bad either... so maybe we might be more similar to humans here? fox_okay

Not to embarrass you or anything, but I think you're confused with Reiko, not Nogitsune.

Speak for yourself. If it came down to having to build home-made bombs, breaking into security systems, obtaining weapons (such as automatic assault rifles) and killing people I would do it without so much of a second thought for the sake of protecting our freedom and civil rights. I would fight like a cornered animal with nothing to lose. Even if I knew I would lose, I would still fight to the death anyway. I would rather be killed fighting and take as many of those assholes I can with me to rot in hell with than submit to having no freedom ("Give me liberty or give me death."). I think this is where we are different, as I consider myself a Libertarian Nationalist (that and when I was in high school I used to be a proud Anarchist). You just seem like a naive pacifist.

What actions have you taken against them?

I'm not sure how to respond to that, but it's a more mature outlook than you used to have.

I am not a Kitsune.  I am not a Therian.  I am not, in fact, any sort of 'Kin.  I am just human... and that is just fine with me.

I haven't, but I wish I could. For one thing I don't have any power to, I'm just a 20 year old sitting in front of a PC every day and being sad. For another, I confess I would be too scared to unless I knew it was safe for me to try anything fox_thoughtful

I'm not sure how to respond to that, but it's a more mature outlook than you used to have.

Thank you.

Life doesn't end with death. Neither does loyalty. Someday it may come to fighting. I'll fight to protect what's important to me.

I was quick to pass the phase of hating everything. There's still a certain, unique... indignation, when I witness idiocy and injustice. Except, it's no longer towards the people involved, but at the actions and my own inability to help.

Sometimes I wonder what it might be like to gather a few kin together... to live together and share life as allies. But if the internet is any model, I figure drama would tear it apart eventually.

I was looking up as I was walking home and just realized how... huge everything is, everything but us, we're so small. But yet... I could almost feel it, the spark of life, the thread of fate, a bit of electric sizzle in the stars. I was reminded of death, and thereby of life. I felt alive. I think maybe, if I can just feel that for a moment every now and then, anything else that happens to me is O.K.
