Apparently chapter 2 and 3 were released in Japan, but no translations yet and nobody's working on it.

Aside from being a fairly generic comedy feature relating tenuously to Japanese legend, what does it have to do with kitsune society, though? Are people supposed to married at random like that? Hehe.
