I was looking up as I was walking home and just realized how... huge everything is, everything but us, we're so small. But yet... I could almost feel it, the spark of life, the thread of fate, a bit of electric sizzle in the stars. I was reminded of death, and thereby of life. I felt alive. I think maybe, if I can just feel that for a moment every now and then, anything else that happens to me is O.K.

Troll, I don't think so, no. Which is why I say this: Take some time, clear your head. Look through what you believe, take another look at yourself. Consider where your ideas came from, whether they really fit for you. If you're still serious by then, maybe stop by again, give us an update.

I think you just came here before you were ready. If there's a seed of truth to you, nurture it, and the tree will grow 'round and consume all the clutter that hid it as a seedling. If not, well, I wish you luck either way.

Charlie, I hope I was not one of the people who offended you. I tried to explain you kindly I had difficulties believing your story for now, though I didn't claim you were a troll as I have no proof for that. There have previously been heavy problems on this forum about beliefs, big claims and the sort, and sadly everyone here gets very suspicious easily. I would be happy if you could come back and explain us more.

If you are indeed Spectra's friend then that's enough for me to trust you as I know her well and she is my kitsune mother. Once again I'm sorry if you never lied on purpose and we were too accusing of you. When there will be more light made in this case, if it is proved we were wrong I will certainly be taking this with the admins as there have been many problems here regarding argues and fights about different misunderstandings.

It didnt seem like anyone was going to seriously ask you about your claims, so i did ^^

If you would come back and perhaps explain in more detail (prefrably keeping the words 'magic' or 'mystical' out of it), or in a different angle, i would be intrigued. It just didnt come across very well to me, and the name coming up in anime didnt help.

Anyways, what Seeker said. Consider what you believe, what you know, feel and understand, and not what you have been told...If somebody told you you could fly, would you try ?

Well, I have to say that that claim was about the most incredulous thing I've ever heared and even tops Spectra's.
Whatever happened to stealhtyness?
Whatever happened to revealing such things only one at a time?
Whatever happened to being a deep and many-layered being?
Of coures this happened.
No one here is very proud of having RPers and the likes around, so it's only natural that you get pounded upon making a claim like that too early. This is more like the sort of thing one reveals when he has earned the trust of those around him, so he won't get labled as a "troll".
These reactions were so absolutely justified.
In fact, I am concerned that there were only so little of them, and that now everyone seems to be apologizing.
I am very concerned that we'll become a "mutual-validation circle-jerk", as Alynna called it.
Please don't let that happen, everyone.

No one here waits for anyone to say anything. People may have ganged up on you in that other topic because of how ludicrous your claims were. You do have to admit you did sound like something out of an RP nightmare. Don't expect to make claims like being 399 years old and people to just take your word for it. At the very least offer an explanation as to why you believe it and not just say "because I say so, so there." You have to be open-minded to learning if you expect to be respected by your peers.
