I don't know of her ever doing that personally. Hope she won't... I'm not sure if I exactly serve her but I consider Inari to be a good goddess.

I can give you no answer for that.

My opinion of the courts is that they have turned their backs on the common 'sune.

I wont comment on Inari. Inari hasnt helped me personnally though, nor will.

Inari would never turn hir back on hir children. Yes, she has evolved over the years from what the ancient Japanese knew hir as, but shi is still with us all today. Maybe in another form, under another name, but shi is here.

And I am still undecided on whether these Courts are real or not, but from my understanding of things, they are a human made concept, at least to me.

I would think so...

I dont want to believe that they exist because if they do, then there just being self-centred and sitting there watching, leaving others to suffer while they act high-and mighty.

Although if they do exist, and i ever get to go, can be sure that ill make a hell of a racket and give them something theyve not encountered before when i demand to know why they left me and others to flail.

o.O  I take it this is some kind of god?

The only god us seafolk have is the Creator.  He made the seas, the shells, the fish we eat, the way we talk, everything but land mammals.  Those who crawled out onto the land and evolved into your kind are viewed as blasphemous pigs....but that's just how we view it.  I'm SURE you're all lovely people.

It's really sad if sea creatures see us as that. I'm a water element fox, so I love the sea and water as well (though of course I live on land) but don't believe any is bad. Life can be as beautiful in all places, even in the water or on the land... I think its nice if you can hang around both to a point :D

 Huh?
As I was saying, I'm pretty sure there are no gods in this world.
I don't say it has to be her fault, but I don't think even if she ever existed or ever cared about foxes, she's not here.
ALso "ever" is a pretty strong word, and there were definitely times where I felt like that in my life.

This is definitely a no.  She's an active part in all our lives, whether we wish to believe it or not.

I would, but I don't want to end up like our friend, Charlie.

We as kitsune are still around, and are currently peacefully coexisting with humans.  I would consider that Her work.

*inserts*

GoldKitsu BELIEVES that the work of kitsune themselves.

Kuro BELIEVES that the work of Inari.

Argument over. Because with a belief, you dont state absolute authority.

you two play nice !

..

and I believe that to be the work of kin.

I consider that the mere fact that humans aren't aware of such 'coexistence'. Though, even if every kitsune on Earth were exterminated, it's not as if that'd challenge numbers even slightly. Or, I'm sure, interest "her court".

I can't really say it's always true that we coexist peacefully with humans, mainly because of different beliefs and ways of existing which are different on both ends. You'd often see that most humans look weird or down at you (if not even hate you) if you'd tell them you're a kitsune and what that means / implies for you, or that you're a furry or anything else... while many of us are pretty upset on humans for all kinds of things they do as well. But regardless, if we can all do the effort to not go onto fighting each other, it's reasonable enough I guess.
