If this is due to me in any way, shape, or form, okay....I'm rough, yes.  I have expectations of people who just randomly throw stuff out there.  But don't let that stop you from posting.  If you have any complaints about me at this time, jot them down here and go back to posting questions, topics for discussion, etc.

I'm sure it's not all because of you Kuro, though I agree you must do everything you can to stop being mean to people. I do believe some people could have left the forum because of the way you acted though... not saying that to complain or anything just what I'm thinking since you asked and I'm also curious why it's been so inactive here lately. I asked you to be nicer but I didn't want to bug and annoy you about it so I stopped asking.

Anyway, things most likely went dead since we ran out of topics to talk about, or people just want away. I've been tired once again to initiate a new topic and talk about stuff but yeah, I hope things become active again since it's really bad its silent that way.

Indeed.
Bur would you rather have a place that is active but mostly devoid of anything that's even mariginally useful or interesting?

No one's afraid of you. People have been busy IRL, we were down for a while, and aren't seeing many new arrivals; the site just needs some new life. is all.

I was looking up as I was walking home and just realized how... huge everything is, everything but us, we're so small. But yet... I could almost feel it, the spark of life, the thread of fate, a bit of electric sizzle in the stars. I was reminded of death, and thereby of life. I felt alive. I think maybe, if I can just feel that for a moment every now and then, anything else that happens to me is O.K.

Weirdest thing is that since recent, people kept getting more and more busy irl and inactive online. I dunno why that really happened... back in 2005 we had time to spend more then half of the day together and chat about anything and everything. And today people are so busy IRL I message some and say "hi" and many times I don't get a reply back even when the person is there and on other chats. And I mean people from different countries too... I wonder why... :conf:

If it makes you feel any better Kuro, your "roughness" makes for a very nice challenge. The anticipation wakes me up better than coffee.

Yeah, I would say it'd be quite boring without him indeed.

I am busy working a full time job IRL. So I only check in on the weekends.

Quote
Two men were talking about how wonderful their leaders were. The first one spoke on how his leader gives his time during the week to teach schoolkids, help the homeless and to guide lost travelers. So he insisted that his leader was the best.

The second man told the first how his leader sleeps when he wants, eats when he wants and works when he wants.

The first walked away with his head down in shame.

It took me quite a while to understand it, But it is worth it once you get it.
