    Since I've been on these forums, a lot about me has changed. The things I believe, the way I see the world, the friends I have made and hold... they have all changed. I feel as though I am a very different person than the one who originally logged into this forum and made an introduction post oh so long ago.

    So... I would like to reintroduce myself to the forums, as this new me. Right now, I am looking back and taking a fresh look at myself and who I am, and I would like to do this as part of that.

    Hello kitsuhana, My name is Tsukos Nightfox. If you notice I share my last name with Hakuzo, that's because we are spiritually cousins. I am a white kitsune, physically 20 years of age.

    I came to the conclusion I was a kitsune awhile ago now. That was at the time a basic assumption, filling a basic need for self-identity. Now, it's so much more to me; as things have been revealed to me through spiritual journeys and hardships since I have come to know a family more real to me than my own, friends I can be true to and who are true to me, and a multitude of worthy reasons to continue living.

    To say this place, and these people, saved my life is no exaggeration. Kitsuhana kept me from committing suicide by providing a great deal of support for a mentally damaged teenager. I thank Alynna for putting this place together, and any or all of those who made me feel welcome as a new kit in this strange otherkin world.

    Kitsuhana has become a home to me. A home very dear to my heart. And I hope it remains a home for a long time to come.

    I was looking up as I was walking home and just realized how... huge everything is, everything but us, we're so small. But yet... I could almost feel it, the spark of life, the thread of fate, a bit of electric sizzle in the stars. I was reminded of death, and thereby of life. I felt alive. I think maybe, if I can just feel that for a moment every now and then, anything else that happens to me is O.K.
