Hon, you have to understand, it's all about people generalizing each other. Some of us generalize christians, they generalize otherkin, and any other belief system non-christian in origin. I happen to know that there are many people who are not god Christians in the church's eye, but are the best christians i have ever known, just on the basis of being kind and respectful. I also happen to know that there are a lot of bad christians, period. But that's how it is with all religion (except Buddhism and Shinto...cuz we rock like that). The same applies to being an otherkin. Just don't generalize, and take things on a case-to-case basis.
