A topic I've mentioned in the other frequented locations... thought I would be fair to share here as well.

Heh.... I agree with you alot on these kinds of things. Sad

Anyhoo... to keep on your topic..

(I laugh at a LOT of scary movies. It's disturbing..)

I've had those sorts of feel-good feelings, so therefore we head to the main topic I suppose.

Soul food. XD

I dunno about them rice balls or tofu, although I've always wanted to try tofu (just a coincidnce) and the lemon juice in those rice balls sounds good. XD

My favorite soul food that I've actually tried?

Squirrel.

Yep.

It's great. I'm not joking but it tastes similar to chicken. I've had it in pot pies and such. It's one of my favorite foods although I've never had any in years. All I can do right now is stare at them and imagine "what if" and what I'd do and eating it. X3

I've had deer, too. It's my second favorite, as I had mine as tenderloin (and in chili and some other things), baked in the oven with worschester sauce.

It was absolutely divine!

I've also had rabbit but not since I was a little kid. Sounds good though, the fried kind. I'd like to have some right now (the fried, not the alive kind. :P) but I have a MAJOR case of the heartburn so....

Lessee.... on more extreme limits, and all that's left, is that I've tried bear and groundhog/woodchuck. Bear was ultra greasy and tough (and not soul food obviously) and woodchuck was greasy too but a different kind of grease. More like extremely runny. I didn't eat all that much at all. Just a nibble.

Now... for something my accessable.... Frog legs.
Dunno about you but I want to catch that frog out there in the pond. :P But it's not there anymore cuz it's cold.... but anyway.... Frog legs are good.

It's a shame though because I haven't had any of this in the longest while. =(

So I have to settle for the foxy cliche'd chicken. It's the only thing I really like to eat. I dislike everything pork, and the only thing beef I like is steak.
Seafood?
Maybe definately some crab, and shrimp, but it all bores me. I don't like the taste of fish anymore. Waiter, can I get the combo of shrimp, chicken tenders and deviled crab please..? ..Thank you..

Pass me one of those rice balls. XD I think rice would be better with a sweeter, tarter taste than with the salty stuff it's usually fixed with. I've been known to eat raw lemon. XD Especially the ones that come with the drinks in a restaurant.  ^_^

I should avoid seeing human flesh... I find it gruesome, but the demon within me finds it tasty and wants to eat... That's the point in which I have problems controlling myself...

On another note... kitsune research I've read that kitsune like:
1. Tofu.
2. Lemon-rice Balls.
I don't know about that... seeking thoughts. But... I do know I like tofu and soy milk. I have an idea though...
I'm going to try to get hands on a deer steak... as deer meat had a similar effect when in chili as the steak did... just on a much lesser degree. And... I want to make home made tofu in order to eat it and see what happens as a result.

I've gotten all sorts of ideas... from the dragon in me wanting something filling like that, to my body working hard on the food... to that there were nutrients that I might not have gotten that often present.
Want to hear what you all think here though.

In addition to that, I simply felt like curling up in one of those bowl chairs that has a wooden frame to it and sits on a base. It's like one circle pillow... and it was great to lay down in.

Sorry for the necropost, but I felt I had do add this pic.
Also, I eat meat. I like it nice and pink on the inside. And I can't stand anything made with soy.

I was looking up as I was walking home and just realized how... huge everything is, everything but us, we're so small. But yet... I could almost feel it, the spark of life, the thread of fate, a bit of electric sizzle in the stars. I was reminded of death, and thereby of life. I felt alive. I think maybe, if I can just feel that for a moment every now and then, anything else that happens to me is O.K.
